Targets are set by the Foundation & Community Board and reviewed against the Group's twenty-year test, the same standard applied to every investment.

One hundred scholarships
Scale the education pillar from forty to one hundred funded students across secondary and tertiary institutions.
By 2028
Farm-to-community supply line
Channel a fixed share of Adetubibo Farms output into subsidised food distribution in Edo and Ondo State.
By 2030
Cleaner sites, cleaner energy
Solar-backed power on every hospitality and corporate property, with waste-reduction standards across construction sites.
05 — The Foundation
The Oluwashina Olagbende Foundation.
The Foundation is the Group's social investment arm — the single vehicle through which every division's community commitment is funded, delivered and reported. It carries the founder's name because the standard it is held to is personal.
Scholarships, subsidised food distribution and artisan grants run as programmes with budgets, owners and published numbers — not as one-off donations.
