About the group

One printing press in 2006.Seven companies in 2026.

King Shina Group is a Nigerian holding group built on patient capital, operating discipline and a refusal to cut corners — across real estate, construction, hospitality, automobiles, energy, agriculture and printing.

01 — The thesis

We buy time, not attention.

The Group was founded by an undergraduate at the University of Benin who printed lecture material to pay his way through school. That business still runs today. Every company added since has been held to the same test: does it serve a real need, can it be run honestly, and will it still matter in twenty years?

We do not chase sectors because they are fashionable. Each division is entered with operators on the ground, capital that is ours to commit, and a governance line back to the corporate office in Lagos. Growth is a consequence of that structure — never the reason for it.

02 — From the chairman

“We were never trying to build the biggest group. We were trying to build one that our children would not have to apologise for.”

03 — What holds it together

Five standards, one group.

Every division is measured against the same principles, from a construction site in Magodo to a dealership floor in New Jersey.

  • 01

    Collaboration

We build with partners, communities and teams that share our standard.

  • 02

    Capacity

We invest in the people and systems that let each division scale.

  • 03

    Values

Every deal is measured against the principles the Group was founded on.

  • 04

    Excellence

Delivering the best in everything we do, across all seven divisions.

  • 05

    Integrity

Building trust through honesty and transparency, without exception.

  • The standard

If it cannot be done properly, it is not done at all.
